Morning all,

Well, this crazy weather seems to have got the better of me over the last few days.  One minute there are lot of lovely rainstorms which is always good for a spot of fishing and the next – sunshine – sometimes too much bright sunshine.  It’s just not good for a frog’s wellbeing.

Anyway, I have been stuck at home feeling sorry for myself with a nasty cold.  I had thought that my best friend, Herring Gull Harry would keep me company and entertain me but all he did was laugh and say how peaceful it is down on the river bank, or so he says!  He has been better these last couple of days though and we have been reading a few comics and watching some old films.

Teacup  has been lovely though coming in to see me and make me my favourite food, worm sandwiches and she even made a delicious worm stew.  She also brings me the news of what is going on down on the river bank.

Well, all I can say, froglettes, is I am getting better and hope to be back enjoying some
